Bitcoin, the world’s largest and best-known cryptocurrency, is up 65.9% from the 12 months’s low of $16,496 on Jan. 1.
Ether, the coin linked to the ethereum blockchain community, rose 5.5% to $1,768.5 on Friday, including $91.6 to its earlier shut.
